America – You Do Not Understand – You are Doomed, Your Sins Drag You Down!

The Voice of Jeremiah’s rebuke and prophecy: America, listen! You and your children who God has brought up have rebelled against Him! Cattle know who owns them, and donkeys know where their master feeds them. But that is more than the people of America—once God’s people—know.

People of America you do not understand at all! You are doomed—you sinful nation, you corrupt and evil people! Your sins drag you down! You have rejected the LORD, the holy God of Israel, and have turned your backs on Him. Why do you keep on rebelling, America? Do you want to be punished even more? America, your head is already covered with wounds, and your heart and mind are sick. From head to foot there is not a healthy spot on your body. You are covered with bruises and sores and open wounds. Your wounds have not been cleaned or bandaged. No medicine has been put on them. You are a corrupt nation on a path to devastation, and your cities are about to be burned to the ground. While you look on, foreigners will take over your land and bring everything to ruin.

Thus says the LORD: Listen, heavens, and pay attention, earth, for the LORD has spoken: “I have raised children and brought them up, but they have rebelled against Me. The ox knows its owner, and the donkey its master’s feeding trough, but America does not know; My people do not understand. Oh sinful nation, people weighed down with iniquity, brood of evildoers, depraved children! They have abandoned the LORD; they have despised the Holy One of Israel; they have turned their backs on Him. Why do you want more beatings? Why do you keep on rebelling? The whole head is hurt, and the whole heart is sick. From the sole of the foot even to the head, no spot is uninjured— wounds, welts, and festering sores not cleansed, bandaged, or soothed with oil. Your land is desolate, your cities burned with fire; foreigners devour your fields before your very eyes— a desolation demolished by foreigners.[1]

The Voice of Jeremiah’s rebuke: America, your own wickedness shall punish and correct you, and your turning from the Sovereign LORD and desertion of faith shall condemn you! Know therefore and recognize that this is an evil and bitter thing: first, you have forsaken the LORD your God; second, you are indifferent to Him and the fear of the LORD is not in you. You will learn how bitter and wrong it is to abandon the LORD your God and no longer to remain faithful to Him. [2]

The Voice of Jeremiah’s plea: O America, overwhelming chaos is coming to your nation! [3] No matter where I look, the LORD shows me ruin and devastation! Even the stable mountains will shake! Only God’s mercy can keep you from complete destruction! [4] But the Lord Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world, specializes in hopeless cases. He breaks the power of sin and He sets the prisoner free from the bondage of his sin. [5] Repent, mourn your sin, turn back to God, and be saved before it is too late!

I pray that all eyes will see and that all ears will hear the cry of our
Father before it is to late. For the voice of Jeremiah speaks the truth,
the truth of the Father. May we all take heed and know that now above
all times, is the time to trust, to follow, to worship the One and only
God. The Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. For how blessed is the one
who speaks through the voice of Jeremiah, for he sends us the warning
    of our loving Father.
